In order to offer a safe and secure shopping experience, DSG Performance Inc. has established these online Policies for any user, viewer, or buyer at www.dsgperformance.com. Note: Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks with performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. DSG Performance Inc. holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are illegal in many Canadian provinces and US states and are only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.

Your use of this site and\or your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to DSG Performance Inc. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. All software used on this site is the property of DSG Performance Inc or its software suppliers and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished.

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DSG performance Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. DSG Performance Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. DSG Performance may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed an online, phone order, or other type of order with DSG Performance Inc., you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 24 hours for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.

Ordering Procedure
DSG Performance specializes in providing you, our customer with aftermarket performance parts for some of the hottest cars on the market. DSG Performance has an extensive amount of ready to ship products and hard to get parts for the lines that we carry, through stock and our suppliers. For backordered or special order items, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. In the case that an item will have a ship date which differs from the regular 4-6 weeks, you will be automatically notified in your free customer account notification section. Note: Backordered items do not always follow the 4-6 week rule, when you place an order with DSG Performance and the item is backordered, you will be notified in your free DSG Performance account and we will work with you and our suppliers to get your order to you promptly. If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately as stated above. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.

Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or are to be paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.

Payment Terms
DSG Performance accepts credit cards and PayPal payments, money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks and direct bank transfer with appropriate information. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc. DSG Performance is not held responsible for any duty, brokerage or extra fees incurred after the time of purchase.

Warranty
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. DSG Performance does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. We are not responsible for shipping cost other than by our own mistake of incorrect shipping as stated in the shipping/returns section here. The warranty should be handled by the customer and the manufacturer directly. If you require any further information on the matter, feel free to contact us and we will attempt to provide aid in any way we can. By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing. Please find below some articles written by SEMA regarding this issue.
